That was good. It is pretty much what I have been waiting for from Moffat. Of course, I hate him deeply for making it a two-parter and leaving me in agonising fear of angels and statues and basically blinking for a whole week. But I liked it.
I was not as enthusiastic about Alex Kingston this time (compared to Silence in the Library). She seems to have only one setting. I would have liked her to be somewhat subtler. But I may be wrong. I AM glad River Song is finally reintroduced. And I like how Moffat put two of his major creations together (ie scary as hell Angels and Doctor's mystery future something-or-other).
I wonder what it is she has done, which the priest does not think the Doctor would like to hear. Has she killed someone?
Thoughts?

She seems as if she believes everything she says to be highly witty.

Well, that answered the question about what the Doctor was shooting.
