You seem to be implying that Beetnemesis is a DF and is striking back at Blaine. This makes little sense, unless Beetnemesis is willing to take 'one for the team (DFs)'. If I was a mafia/DF/imperial spy, I think the last person I would strike at would be someone who hypocopped me as guilty. If they do end up being the cop, you've signed your own death sentence. Much better to roleblock them at night to prevent them from getting any more results (and in a game of this size a Mafia Imperial roleblocker is highly probable), and to save them for an endgame kill.

But it could be that Beetnemesis is certain that Blaine is the cop and is willing to trade his life to take down the Cop with only one investigation. That's very possible. Beetnemesis could be thinking that he's going to die anyway (and if Blaine is the cop, Beetnemesis has no chance of living through the game), he might as well take the Cop with him.

I'm not accusing Beetnemesis. I don't suspect him any more than anyone else. He could be clean, he could even be a Imperial who doesn't think Blaine is the cop. There are explanations for Beetnemesis leading a lynch whether or not he's an Imperial. Crew or Imperial, he's looking at someone he can get away with killing. If he's a DF, it's one more wasted town lynch and one more Night Kill, and if he's a townie, he is trying to lynch someone and get any information he can, from voting patterns and roles and such.



And I don't know what to tell you about being investigated. I didn't get looked at at all. I can only assume I am no longer viewed as a threat by anyone, and it's deemed irrelevant whether I am a townie or not
