Visually I saw an unvote over a vote in a short window of time and didn't think about it, but ? unvote occurred after Beet's 4th vote.
Now we have precedence for dealing with such but exceptions have always been of the following variety:
1) There was a technical flaw with a vote, e.g. didn't meet vote guidelines "Vote;Bob"
2) The time involved was short enough to be considered simultaneous
3) The VNTL is below Max VNTL
and a few other that don't pertain. #1 is out, I see no flaw of method and no player has challenged the validity of any relevant vote. #2 is close enough for consideration except that ?'s unvote is a clear response to FT's remark which was posted after Beet's vote. #3 the VNTL is not significantly below Max VNTL, with 9 living players max VNTL is 5, but 3 players are inactive and have been listed so for some time, rendering a 4 of 6 VNTL and vote records include explicitly listing the lynchee as L-1, so there's no case for not reasonably knowing the a single vote at any time would end the day.
So all things considered I think the mod-ruling on this one is essentially a given.
