four separate victory conditions according to Isaac, meaning you have no idea what that night kill ability was for.
A Night Kill is a night kill. Sure, it's possible it was a vigilante thing, but even vigilantes are only barely on the pro-town side of things.
View original postView original postThat doesn't imply that vampires are saints- all it implies is that there are vampires with Night Kills, and some other person/persons/Hippos with Night Kills.
View original postPrecisely. Vampires can be scum as much as anyone else, therefore I see no reason to target vampires
above anyone else.
When you're in a crowd of unknowns, you need to take some chances. This crowd is a sea of blank faces, except one of those faces has fangs, and is dripping blood. That's more than enough for a lynch in a game of Mafia.
View original postView original post-As I said, I woke up feeling "drained." The most reasonable theory I have is that a vampire managed to get a few nibbles of me. (In RPS mechanics terms, maybe that means it was an RPS tie, or maybe my attacker has to win on two nights to kill?)
View original postAs someone who was a vampire in Isaac's last RPS game, I expect vampires suffer stat penalties if they go hungry. I have no idea how the night results are provided - as mentioned above, Artsapat was apparently entirely unaware that I had targeted him last Night, and while I obviously know who I targeted, I don't know against whom I was successful, and against whom I was not. Anyway, I'm inclined to believe that you felt drained because you were
successfully targeted by a Night Action (probably one that decreased one or more of your stats) rather than because you were targeted with a failed night kill action.
Entirely possible- which means we have a VAMPIRE ATTACKING US. How do you not see that as a bad thing?
View original postView original post-Finally, the
"ALLEGED" anti-undead soap. I see no reason to doubt that it works, and you trying to undermine its credibility on the basis of, well, nothing, is troubling, to say the least.
View original postErm, no. That's straight from the opening post, which I recommend you reread. You'll notice that none of the other items "allegedly" or "supposedly" give you stat increases. The garlic soap is the only one with that caveat right in the description. And it's also the only one with no clear mechanical description of how it affects the game. Does it prevent you from being targeted by Undead? Does it prevent night kills? Does it give you a +1 bonus to and RPS roll against Undead? Doesn't say.
Whether it works or not is immaterial. I said that the existence of the garlic soap means that there is the possibility of being attacked by undead. You just agreed that it was likely I was attacked by the undead last night.
___
Here's what it boils down to. We agree that there is a strong possibility of the existence of undead that can attack other players. We know of a player who is undead. Why should we not lynch her? What better candidate is there?
Or would you like us to no-lynch, again?
