My response was a calculated ploy that I thought would either catch you in a trap, or reveal something interesting about the nature of this game. I wasn't really confused until it failed to do either of those things.
I don't know about the rest of you, but to me this sounds to much like an evil scientist who's just been had by the hero, then twirls his mustache and says "haHA! No, I've got YOU!", while he really doesn't have anything. It really sounds like a load of ... to me. Your whole "calculated ploy" was to act confused. What did you think would happen? FT would then confirm or deny what you said? He's not a newbie at this and you know it. You made a mistake, you might well admit it. You're just digging yourself deeper. Any deeper and I will have to vote for you. And since FT and Praz (was it you? or was it someone else?) are also starting to look in your direction, that puts you dangerously close to a Lynch, even with no Votes yet.
As to FT going after the Hippos: he has a good point on the Hippos being involved with all the action we've seen so far and he backs it up with his own Night observations, which are likely to be reliable: why else spill the beans now that we have not had anything more to go by - it puts him at rather a great risk. However, it is still Maffia and it might not be reliable information. I stand by my observation that there may be several groups. Yes, the Hippos seem to be a group in this game, but having not one but TWO Vampire players and a number of Zombie NPCs also points to an Undead faction. And just because we haven't seen anything yet, I'm not ruling out the Omnians, although the evidence for that is really thin.
Since we have no clue who is and who isn't Hippo, for now I'm pointing my guns at an Undead. I'm therefore sticking with Yuna for now. Who knows, she may actually replace Stephen then. If there are more compelling reasons to switch, I will, but not now.
