... usually a mislynch on Day 1 has minimal consequences that are more than made up for with the information gained from the lynch itself. However, it occurs to me that in this circumstance, it is likely that any 'killing' roles gain a bonus to their morale pool that will also increase their capabilities during the Night phase.

I don't know how significant that is though, having no idea what the killing factions' night abilities are.

The first rule of being a ninja is "do no harm". Unless you intend to do harm, then do lots of harm.
