First thing right away, this game has stats and has the RPS system, everyone got a list like this, with 0-2 as values for the first 4.
Wit:
Combat:
Stealth:
Magic:
Morale:
Place of Birth:
Race:
Defense: Choose Rock, Paper, Scissors
Morale is you starting 'power pool' basically, and for Defense you need to send into me, via NB, a choice of Rock Paper or Scissors (RPS). That will stay fixed for the entire game, though some things can change it. We've used RPS a few times before and it gets discussed generally here but we've changed it to these current stats.
Essentially many actions in this game will call for choosing rock, paper, or scissors when sending in an action. If you win you add 1 to your score, if you lose you subtract one, tie equals 0. So if you are attacking someone with a Combat of 2, who has a Combat of 1 themselves, your score can be 1, 2 or 3, and if you lose ties then there's a 67% chance you'd win. Same if they have a 2 and you have a 0, you just won't win. Though there are items and powers throughout the game that can boost scores, lower scores, etc.
So needless to say you don't want to be telling people your stats, and definitely not your Defense RPS selection. You're also all named characters, major or minor, from the books so you probably don't want to causally drop your name. That's all up to you. You can look your character up at Discworld Wiki though if you haven't read the series I'd be a bit wary of possible spoilers.
