... but in this case, it is. A bulletproof townie basically can't be killed by the scum without getting the town to lynch him, unless they can manage some loophole. Sometimes, the bulletproof ability is a one-shot thing, so the scum basically have to target him twice with a night kill to off him, sometimes the bulletproof ability can be countered by being roleblocked, so the player can still be killed by a larger expenditure of scum resources. Sometimes, the scum have a super-kill ability of some sort that allows them to bypass such defences.
Basically, a bulletproof typically means that either the scum are boosted up beyond what one would basically expect or that there are multiple sources of night kills, such as scum factions, a vigilante or a serial killer. We can be pretty certain at this point that neither of those possibilities are the case, which makes Bergioyn very suspect.
The bulletproof claim makes for a very good one for a scummer though. It's a passive role, so you don't need to keep supplying info on who you targeted with your abilities each night, which you'd be expected if you'd claimed something like Tracker. It also inherently justifies why you never get offed by the scum. And it's basically valuable enough that the people might hesitate to lynch you, while still being unlikely to be counter-claimed.
Yes, please.
