... 'on the run' doesn't work here because where the corp is considered 'on the run' is pretty literal, the psi corp is way too passionate about chasing rogues to ever let anyone settle into a legit business life. everytime we encounter a rogue telepath in the series, which isn't that rare, they are dressed in rags either from poverty or because they tore them up while literally being chased. we only ever see three rogue human telepaths who are even vaguely able to lead public, stable lives. one is the station xo, who is a very weak telepath and has kept it secret and lives in constant terror of being found out and she ooperates in the 'hero's luck' zone of rarity, another is the aide to the vorlon ambassador and the corp is constantly waiting for a chance to get her, and dissect her, and the last was a guy in business too, but he claimed he wasn't a telepath and the corp agreed, he was an agent of theirs, and even then he wasn't a normal telepath anymore. The only example i have then for a teep businessmen denied he was one and was technically right and also an agent for the psi corp.
