The evidence against Kronin is not that he didn't post enough, although that was true. There were several people with low post counts, myself included.

The case yesterday began with looking at low posters, but it has since evolved into much more than that. The post count is now incidental.

When confronted with an accusation at the end of Day 1, Kronin had the same initial reaction that he demonstrated in a game where he was scum. Contrast that with his defense and behavior when he was lynched on Day 1 in my game, for example. Kronin has demonstrably different reactions to accusations based on his alignment, and yesterday's identifies him as scum.

Couple this with the fact that Kronin asked to be replaced, and that our moderator granted that request despite the fact that FT has clearly said before that he preferred modkills to substitutions.

If this were a random or even semi-random lynch, I wouldn't be going after ?. As you know, all things being equal, I too prefer to lynch less active players.

But all things are not equal. ? inherited a character that is almost certainly scum, and now he must die.
