In fairness to ranagrande, I've had heavy influence on the subbing rules, so much of this is effectively my fault. In the last game, I wanted to add in new players, but I wanted a coverage setup to avoid a potential mass flight of those players on day 1. It also seemed a good way to discourage random senior player killing night 1, if you knew they might just return the next day, I still think it's a good idea, but I never anticipated more than maybe rare post day 1 usage, then very extended RBIRL and such. I figured it would serve as a game expediter, on day 1 if it came up, people would be less leery of taking risk, either on what they said or how they voted, knowing a fresh body was waiting. I think if we modify it, we should leave it available to day/night 1 and for resigned for long RBIRL as opposed to repeatedly inactive players.
