Sounds like you need to become a whistleblower and go talk to the FBI yourself, then? Legolas Send a noteboard - 06/12/2024 11:37:00 AM

View original postI can't say how I know due to attorney-client privilege, but I know that Joe Biden took money from Burisma personally. They'll never actually find the real transfers for a lot of reasons. The "10% for the big guy" might be the closest we get in open source documents.

If you have such information, why aren't you telling that to law enforcement instead of on a random message board read by about 10 people?
View original postAs for Shokin, the EU wasn't investigating him. It was only after Polish ex-president Alexander Kwasniewski pushed them that they and the IMF "agreed" with Ukraine liaison Joe Biden. Kwasniewski was on the board of Burisma, too. Funny, that.

So if I understand it right, you expect me to believe all of the following:
- Contrary to what the US, EU, IMF and Ukrainian parliament all stated, and despite having no tangible results to show for it, Shokin was actually achieving a lot during his brief term in office and scaring Burisma so much that they were willing to spend huge sums on getting him fired and replaced by someone else.
- When British law enforcement opened its own investigation into Burisma's owner at that time and got no cooperation whatsoever from Shokin's office, there was some sort of brilliant master plan behind that, instead of the obvious explanation of Shokin dragging his feet on investigating Burisma.
- Despite all evidence to the contrary before, during and after his term in office, Shokin is not in fact personally corrupt, or alternatively is corrupt but still remains a more credible witness about the reason for his firing than, well, pretty much everybody else.
- Biden and Kwasniewski had enough power to singlehandedly determine the position of the US, EU and IMF about Shokin, or bribed enough people to make that happen
- The US establishment in general is so corrupt and its law enforcement so supremely useless that Joe Biden felt confident enough to loudly boast about his actions, despite his corrupt reasons for them

I'm sure you can see why I would need to see a LOT of hard evidence before believing any of those things, never mind all of them.

View original postOh, and let's not forget what the Ukrainian parliament did - they couldn't find a reputable attorney willing to act as chief prosecutor and not investigate Burisma, so they CHANGED THE UKRAINIAN LAW ON THE CHIEF PROSECUTOR TO REMOVE THE REQUIREMENT THAT HE HAVE ANY LEGAL BACKGROUND WHATSOEVER, in an emergency session, to find a hack willing to play along with Biden's demand.

I don't know about this part, but I'm sure you can see why I don't consider it relevant until I see reason to believe that Shokin was actually making more progress on the Burisma case than the people who came after him.
View original postThere aren't any conspiracy theories there. It's all pretty open and brazen. Kwasniewski lobbied the EU and IMF, Biden lobbied the US, suddenly everyone speaks "in unison" and then suddenly Ukraine has to replace him with a political hack with no legal experience or law degree.

Apart from your claim to have personal knowledge based on attorney-client privilege, which obviously I have no way of verifying either way, most of the rest of what you say is pure conspiracy theory - claiming that the established facts as reported by the media are completely wrong and providing alternative explanations without any actual proof.

I think if he hadn't said he wouldn't pardon his son, then this would be a non-issue. - 03/12/2024 12:53:15 PM 43 Views
I don't agree with that - it would've been a serious issue still. - 03/12/2024 05:56:18 PM 48 Views
