You may not expect a flashy superhero origin story to deal in depth with conservative family values or the partition of India in 1947, but this one does and it's great.
It certainly doesn't - but not coincidentally, all three of the movies you named are movies with female protagonists made by female directors, while two of them are also rather more racially diverse than the earlier Marvel movies (not much in the way of racial diversity in Black Widow what with its Russian background). Anti-woke backlash and whining from parts of the fanbase were definitely a factor there.
