There are a glut of anomalies surrounding this incident on all sides.
There is the apparent mismanagement between secret service and police, leading presumably to the creation of an obvious and coincidently convenient blind spot.
There're the anomalies surrounding the shooter: young lefty with no known social media fingerprint, conveniently able to smuggle a rifle, locate the blind spot and almost tag his target. With reliable (if weak) connections to Black Rock, no less!
And finally there's the shooting itself. The "miracle" near miss of Trump, his WWE style recovery, and highly professional photo shots, designed to evoke a sense of victory and patriotism. And let's not forget the casualties of the incident, one dead and several wounded, a reminder that the stakes are real.
The first hypothesis to consider is the lone gunman, since it requires the least amount of complexity. However, this requires all of the anomalies to be explained by error. With this many errors, the probability of this being true diminishes.
Next is the Left's conspiracy: Trump staged it. He wasn't actually shot at, faked his wounds, etc. This certainly explains the Trump anomalies and the professional photography, but doesn't sit well with the fact that there were actual casualties. So the question becomes would Trump fake a shooting that had, in it's design., innocent casualties? I mean, if you believe that 9/11 was an inside job (thousands of casualties), then this is small potatoes. And Trump is swimming in the same waters as those same neocons. It is certainly possible for a backroom deal between these two.
The problem is he has never been popular with the neocon wing, who have demonized him along with the Left throughout his first term and even to date. In fact, it goes completely against the narrative of his first term. And frankly, I don't see him pulling this off without outside aid.
Finally, there's the Right's conspiracy: the Deep State tried and failed. This fits the SS mismanagement as well as the weirdness surrounding the shooter. With the former, the Secret Service would be easy to manipulate from the Deep State, as it is an outgrowth of that very system. With the latter, it has already been demonstrated that the FBI has groomed slightly unhinged citizens into dangerous terrorists, so it's in their purview. And it follows an established motive: that Trump is reviled on all levels of government.
The problem here is it requires Trump to matrix-dodge a bullet, rile up the crowd in a cinematic comeback, then pose for historical photo shoots.
It's a real conundrum! Which, if you're any conspiracy theorist worth his salt, is a red flag in itself. When the magician is waving his hand, it is to distract you from him setting up the prestige. What's being snuck through under our noses while we quibble?
