3) Cops with these on background with an ongoing investigations can lie up their ass with no consequences, points to my texas and Uvalde since Mookie already brought it up. Can point to other examples in the last 10 years when cell phone cameras became common.

So we will never have certainty. But a rushed shooter due to nerves (even if the shooter was not in danger by a police gun) may be more likely to make errors in aiming. Thus killing an innocent bystander, a second person injured, and hitting the teleprompter and the glass Ricochet cutting trump’s face and buzzing / piercing his error.

I really want to know more about the timing tick tock even though I understand why that is near impossible.

Historical reminder Reagan when he was shot, it was actually something that went under his arm, pierced his lung and broke a rib. And he almost died to internal bleeding. Yet the secret service did not instantly notice for a different bullet definitely hit James Brady (who died), two different bullets hit a police officer and a secret service officer (officer Thomas Delahanty, the Secret Service agent Tim McCarthy.)

the secret service did not notice at first for the bullet that Reagan was a Ricochet and hit the limo first then it penetrated the president. A more direct shot would have killed Reagan, as would going to a further hospital that was the original plan, instead of the closer one that allowed more immediate triage.

When FDR had his assassination attempt , after he was elected but before he was sworn into office. A bystander Lillian Cross, an old lady noticed the assassin revolver was invading her personal space at a rally with the public. So she , Lillian across grabbed the guys arm and starting hitting the assassin with her purse. FDR did not get hit, but the mayor of Chicago right next to him Anton Cermak died due to a bullet, and 5 other people got injured.
