Star Trek: Strange New Worlds (TOS updated for the modern era. Absolutely wonderful. A joy to watch.)
Star Trek: Next Generation (Grew up watching it, still love it)
Doctor Who (old, new, and reboot all)
The Magicians (could have used some serious changes early on but grew into its own. musical episodes are always a right choice)
The Expanse (essentially a perfect science fiction show)
The Witcher (hot guy broods and kills things)
ok this is getting hard
um... oh!
Westworld (phenomenal, and I'm still devastated that it was cancelled)
Arcane (like watching paintings come to life, only the paintings are inexplicably video game characters and even more inexplicably have character development that I care about)
The Umbrella Academy (weird and cute and funny)
The Good Place (again, yes, but it was such a good show)
Honorable mention go to the children's cartoons She-Ra (reboot) and Avatar, which were well-done little gems that I stumbled across in a rough patch and helped lift me out of it.
