I forgot about Oz. It easily could be on this list. I never watched Deadwood or The West Wing.
House is in my top ten because Gregory House was one of my favorite characters. He was so good at his job, he could be a total prick to everyone, including his superiors, without fear of repercussions. Funny story, I explained this to a coworker who then replied, "then you must be a very happy man. Few of us ever get to emulate our idols."
I will do a separate post about scifi/fantasy shows.
But ultimately realized when considering my top ten that only Dark, def a sci-fi show and on Netflix btw, managed to make the list from the sci-fi/fantasy shows I enjoy. ST:TNG almost made the list. There's a very good chance that ST: Strange New Worlds will make my list of top ten dramas, but it's still ongoing and so until I know how it ends, I won't put it on any lists.
