But looking at the description of his most recent book, The Coddling of the American Mind: How Good Intentions and Bad Ideas Are Setting Up a Generation for Failure (2018 ), co-written with Greg Lukianoff, I might actually find it interesting.
I have problems with the 2018 book, but I asked for it is right up your ally.
I have less problems with the 2012 book which I have recommended to you in the past. ( I find it fascinating , but I also find that same fascination and logic in other places , but it is still a good introduction in a single place )
I hope you enjoy

Sidenote we (not me and you, but some greater container we call culture but I can not pin it down its boundaries)
Sidenote we still relitigating Allan Blooms 1987 The Closing of the American Mind is funny to me. No we do not argue Blooms other books such as The Book of J, or Love and Friendship … well it is funny to me
[ I bring up Bloom and that 1987 book for once you can see people are copying the titles you can not unsee it, likewise we can trace these type of books earlierfrom God and Man at Yale all throughout the 1960s and 1970s till now. All these Lasch, Rieffs, Blooms, all of them ]
