Since when has this been a forum to rail at the sinners with threats of fire and brimstone? This is why I left religion behind, the obsessive need to express the belief that those who don't accept their 100% of their teachings are subject to damnation.

Most trans people, like everyone else, just want to be left alone. You are painting entire groups with the brush of their most extreme members. Just like they do to conservatives. Think about that.


I'm more than happy to discuss things non-ideologically; I did that with Lego until he got pissed about my "word choice", and stopped. But Ghav claims to follow the Christian God.

As a Christian, it is not only my duty, not only my obligation, but my very soul itself that rides on following God's commands, and one of God's commands is to help correct those fellow brothers and sisters in Christ back to the right path.

As an American, I am happy to let Americans live however they choose. As a Christian, I am obligated by literally my very soul to do whatever I can to correct those of my family who err.

I am more than happy to discuss things purely rationally, but Ghav brought up a point that is religious. I am not "railing" against sinners, I am trying to tell a fellow Christian that "telling God you know yourself better than He knows you, is Pride."
