No one has competent CS reps who care about good service anymore. The woman I had today who works in the Manila tech center and the woman at the store were good. Everyone else couldn’t wait to pass me on to somebody else. And I wanted to strangle the idiot who asked why I don’t call on another line.
Yeah don’t blame you at all about the 2 bucks. I did the same with an incorrect Macy’s bill, where the 4 dollar overcharge kept on multiplying with late fees. That took almost a year to resolve and I got many calls from their collections department. It’s amusing when they tell you that you have to pay over the phone immediately and you reply, “or else what?” You can practically hear their head explode.
