If you're really saying that there is no difference between claiming you know how Justices are going to vote and why, and having a complete decision published.
In the former, there is no concrete evidence either way how a Justice will vote - what you say you can verify is nothing more the speculation. Here, there is no speculation - you have pre-empted the Court and published an entire decision.
You're comparing apples to asteroids, and it's either willful ignorance or disingenuousness on your part.
As for "a dozen different theories out there", list three credible alternatives to an intent to pressure Justices to change their vote.
You can't because we all know why this was done. The only question now is whether it will work, and I hope to God it will not.
