You can't bitch about judicial activism just because you didn't like an outcome if you support legislating from the bench in the first place; it's par for the course that you're not going to win 100% of the time. And, especially in an arena like legislating from the bench, your apt to have decisions overruled on a semi-regular basis, especially if they were recent decisions like Roe/Casey and had no Constitutional support.

I'd say if you're that worried about losing a popular right, take it to the legislature. But we know how that'll go, so you can't really do that, either.

Maybe all you can do is complain, lol.
