The people that wrote and directed episode 7 have never been 9 months pregnant and have never lived with a woman who is 9 months pregnant.
We needed more female voices writing genre adaptations to get such details accurate, rather than filtered through male ignorance.
I am hilariously reminded of the time Leigh Butler started to get pissy about Jordan's depiction of Elayne's pregnancy-induced emotional issues, only for her to uncharacteristically check with someone with actual knowledge, in this case, female (there's the reason why she did so, probably) relatives with experience of pregnancy, who confirmed to her satisfaction that he got it right.
