- "What Is" vs "What Ought to Be"
and
- "What is (current) Facts" vs "What We (should) Value"
If so for a cooperative dialogue with a meeting of mind both participants should stay in the value argument or the current facts argument. Yes obviously there is no way at this moment we are ready to open up several universities doing online courses by August. We are just not read in the next 30 or so days. We are doing things seat by our pants right about now.
ICE has declared that foreign students must leave the country if they take courses online...
