I did not have to participate in this foolishness. We were given the link to the Ted Talk by our director. And it was mildly amusing.
The highest score, determined by who built the tallest tower that could stand on its own without collapsing, was achieved by a team of architects and engineers. Amusingly, one of the lowest scores was by a team of recent business school graduates. They scored significantly lower than a team of recent kindergarten 'graduates." A team of CEOs did well, but not as well as a team of CEOs and one executive admin.
My annoyance spikes on the interpretations which I regard as speculative nonsense. Doing well on this "challenge" means little more than your team did well at a meaningless task.
