I assume you mean the Republicans' tax bill... to call it, or any other bill, Trump's, it would help if the man didn't contradict himself and his party on a daily basis.
Repatriating cash is obviously a direct consequence of the tax bill, but as for the rest, do you seriously think investment decisions on that scale are taken within a few weeks, since the passage of the bill?
