He already has a megaphone. And a soapbox. Both of which got bigger and louder when then-candidate Trump appeared on his radio show and referred to him as a great American. Ignoring him doesn't make him go away. How is watching him get shot down on national TV enabling his idiocy? There are hundreds of TV channels. No one is forced to watch.

I don't disagree with anything you're writing here, except that I think Kelly went super easy on him. There's all sorts of reasons for having or not having him on the show. I just don't think it has anything to do with freedom of speech. Nobody owes anyone a platform.
