Never Eat Shredded Wheat (19.23% - 20 votes)
Naughty Elephant Squirts Water (0.96% - 1 votes)
Yes, different (tell us!) (11.54% - 12 votes)
 Nope (68.27% - 71 votes)
 Other (0.0% - 0 votes)
Not these days.
But at primary school they taught us "Never Eat Soggy Weetbix" (that's Weetabix for the Brits). It's good advice.
Never Eat Soggy Weetbix
thats what I got taught in primary too :)
Errm, no. *NM*
Never eat soggy watermelons. *NM*
Never Eat Soggy Waffles was mine. *NM*
No.
I've never had trouble with North and South, so once I realised that East was the direction of the Eastern Temple in The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, I never had trouble again.

Playing video games: it's educational.
No... it's only 4 words, even my memory isn't that bad!
I don't even remember directions being taught in my school. :tinfoilhat:
Never Eat Soggey Worms *NM*
Never eat soggy waffles
My son said he uses
Never Eat Sand Witches....they may turn you into a toad. :D
How retarded does someone have to be to forget four simple directions? *NM*
I was taught the waffles one in elementary school. *NM*
Seriously, people don't know the four basic directions??? *NM*
Why do you need one? Seriously, I want to understand this. *NM*
I don't need anything for the main ones but I have one for the middle-ones
They have distinct names in finnish, no north-west for me.
It goes Koira Kalusi Lounaaksi Luuta which is dog ate bone for lunch in english. A cookie for any non fin who knows what direction each of those words are for.
I've never used a mnemonic rhyme to remember ANYTHING. My brain isn't wired for it. *NM*
Luuta =nw, lounaaksi = sw, kalusi = ne, koira = se? *NM*
Almost. Two are correct and you have two mixed up.
Want to know which ones or try again?

For those wondering why this is needed...
... I assume it isn't about remembering the words, it's about remembering their direction on the map: N E S W clockwise. I know as a child I had difficulty remembering which direction was east and which was west until that previously mentioned deal with the Eastern Palace.
