Re: Not happy
I spent years waiting, no one ever came and bestowed happiness upon me. So I got happy the way I get everything else. I worked my ass off for it. I've had at least two years of therapy, changed medication four times, got a psychiatrist, started doing volunteer work, lost weight, joined a gym, and most days it feels pretty good to be me. Decide that you're worth it and do what it takes to get you there. ~hugs~
