It is a pretty good game. The spawns are not as annoying or bad. There is more to do, like getting in all the vehicles. There are more people on each map. And I haven't encountered any of the party issues that MW2 had, nor have I seen any of the ridiculous hit markers...things like unloading a full clip into somone only to have him turn around and shoot you once and kill you.
