Which isn't really vertigo per se, I don't think. More that my feet start to sweat and my stomach gets a bit fluttery. Most recently this happened near the top of the inside climbing / tomb-finding portion of the big dome in Firenze in Assassin's Creed 2, though WoW is also good for making me feel funny when I jump from a huge height.
