Truth is, I'm good in real life, and that gets boring Video games allow me to experience the "bad" in living.
In KOTOR, I loved becoming the Sith ruler and taking over the universe. What's the fun in being the good jedi? We've already seen it in the movies.
In ME, I loved going renegade, I loved seeing how NPC's reacted to that, I loved how I ended the game. Can't wait to carry it on in ME-2.
Bottom line, nearly all movies and games end with the good guys winning and saving the day. When a game gives me the option to go the other way, I'll always take it.
The "boring", good playthrough always comes second for me.

I would slave, to pave the way, to sink your ship of fools.
