As far as I'm aware, celeb voice actors do get paid significantly more than normal voice actors. At the same time, it's also true that their additional pay doesn't seem to scale upwards as quickly in voice-acting as it does in movies.
Then again, I can't say I'm exactly an expert here, so I could be wrong. If you have additional info, I'd love to hear it.

While "star" actors do make more than regular studio voices, the pay scale percentages are much, much tighter than in regular acting jobs. I've read a few articles about it over the past year or two. I'll see if I can track them down.
