The item you get for Azura's quest is actually called Azura's s=Star and it is an infinitely reusable Grand Soul Gem. This should solve the problem of paying to refill your enchanted sword, since you can just soul trap things and use Azura's star to restore its charge. The only problem is that it isn't just recommended you are level ten, it is a prerequisite. Azura won't even give you the quest until you are at least level 10.
Oh okay, that's good to know. Then I'll do other stuff meanwhile.
On side quests, I just killed a guy in a tomb in the capital who was robbing graves to get a merchant to become the cheapest in town. I found the keys to his apartment there. My point is, the guy is dead, can I just take his house? I was saving up for my own house, but then again, who is gonna use his now that he is dead?

I really need a base of Ops because I often find myself in a situation where I can't take everything I want because it's too darn heavy.
I guess you could, but it is still trespassing and stealing when entering or taking things inside of it that you didn't put there. You might also try just using a certain room or chest in whichever guild hall you visit most. It's up to you...
You know, I did that in a chest at a Warrior's guild and then a few days or weeks later it was all gone. Thankfully only minor stuff, but still. I need a place where things don't disappear

But buying a house for 5000 is a lot.

Oblivion's mechanics are much better, but Morrowind's depth makes Oblivion look like a puddle.

I've always wished they would remake Morrowind with Oblivion's game engine. It would be awesome!!!
