It is tourny legal, which I love because for a while me and my friends didn't pay attention to that, and so I never could have done well in a tourny, but this one rocks my socks off.
Mostly dragons in the deck so far as creatures go, with of course, Reya Dawnbringer. While I call it a Dragon Reanimator, I do not stick to that religously. There are a few good cards I have in there "just in case" so that I can pull them out if the situation calls for it.
Those cards would be things like Thraximundar, Phantom Nishoba, Akroma, and Avatar of Woe.
My dragons consist of:
Karthus, Tyrant of Jund
Teneb, The Harvester
Hellkite Overlord
Bogardan Hellkite
Scion Of The Ur-Dragon
bladewing The Risen
Kokusho the Evening Star
Thats my creatures. As far as spells, nothing that costs more than 3.
Dark Ritual x4
Entomb x4 (newly unrestricted, so four IS legal)
Buried Alive x4
Vampiric Tutor x1
Demonic Tutor x1
Beseech the Queen x2
Animate Dead x4
Exhume x4
Reanimate x1
Currently as far as lands go, I have a bunch of the tainted lands, plus some swamps, but ideally I will eventually have a bunch of the original dual lands instead of the tainted ones.
1/5 of the time I can get a first turn creature, which pretty much ensures a win. Otherwise, usually I have at least an 8/8 flying, trample, haste creature by turn 3.
And if I could find/afford one, a black lotus would totally be in there too, but i don't think I'll be adding one in anytime soon, lol.
Great deck against pretty much any deck type. No unnecesary cards means even if I get countered, I will be able to do the same thing the next turn, and the next, and the next, so you will run out of counters before me. Burn decks go to slow, land destruction doesn't matter cuz all my spells are 3 or less to cast, and creature decks take too long. My biggest threat has been fast weenie decks, but now that I have added thraximundar, even those are pretty easy most of the time. Fun deck to play, but people will hate you for winning so often, lol.

It's a cheap creature. I'd kill it as soon as it came out or counter it. *NM*

That sounds like a good deck. I might have to try something similar.
