Ticket to Ride (European edition) is really fun. As is the card game Hand and Foot, and a game my uncle got a long time ago called Watch the Fox. He got a pegboard full of holes (about 20x20) and painted some golf tees white and some red. The point is to try and get five of your color golf tees in a row. It's a simple game, but can be complex and definitely fast-paced.
