I'm casting Magic Missle against the Darkness. Zalis Send a noteboard - 06/10/2009 04:49:03 AM
I don't have much [read: any] experience with tabletop, but is there a way for them to meet the Wizard outside of combat? Maybe have him try to trick them into doing the next part of his plan? If they come across undead that require a "special" method of killing, such as being killed on this 'completely not evil or in any way suspicious' stone.
The sword might be grateful to the forge fire, but never fond of it.
