I started to write a review but realized that there's not a lot I can say that hasn't already been covered by the big publications. Suffice to say, however, that what you read isn't exaggeration; it's a very good game. There aren't a lot of major differences between Torchlight I and II, but the second game solves virtually all of the issues that existed in its predecessor. Oh, and it adds co-op, too. There's not a lot of two-player strategy or reliance on one another's skills, but it's incredibly easy and seamless to just jump in and start killing stuff with a friend. I played with a brother of mine last night and had a grand ol' time.
Anyway, tis a good game that I would highly recommend to those of you who enjoyed the first game (even a little bit). It's only $20 and easily as good as most of the full-price games out there. If anyone else has started playing already, I'd be interested in hearing some thoughts.

Skip the first, just play the second. You really won't miss anything. *NM*

Yes, it's much like M&B original and Warband; no real reason to play the first. *NM*
