The benefit of that is that I can make a different character and still have some new stories and quests that I haven't played.

I love the game but I don't think it's replayable anytime soon. I'd have to do way too many things pretty much the same way again just for a few extra stories and quests that may not fit to my current character. Fallout gave me the impression I had a choice between a good and a bad character with a lot of different directions for both. I don't have that impression here. I could be a brat in a convo every once in a while but it gives me the impression that it doesn't matter much in the end and certainly doesn't justify a replay as a "bad guy", in my opinion.
