Genera? (RPG, FPS, RTS, Open World Adventure, Fighting, Racing, etc.)
RPG - probably similar to fallout
Platform with peripherals? (Console, PC)
PC. This let's the community mod and gives gamers the ability to have the game run as well as they want on their machines.
Maturity Raiting? (E for everyone, M for mature...)
M for sure. No pussyfooting around, here.
Number of Players?
1 player. Might consider making 2 person co-op but I would NOT let that take away from the single player experience.
Short Description.
Here's the hard part. I'd preferably want a open rpg area like fallout but with a shooter's gun mechanics. Basically, make it very easy to switch between certain weapons and get used to different combos while still retaining strong rpg elements like skill level-ups and skill trees. Hmmm...a cross between fallout and mass effect maybe?

I'm not sure how well this would work, but something along these lines.

That employee control aspect blew my mind

Like Shadow says, they are indeed employees. Not that it matters. In my game, it is so. *NM*

Something like an edgier Power Rangers. Or maybe Animorphs

Oh my god. If there were a Dragon Age-ish sandbox with an Animorphs-ish plot, I would be SO happy. *NM*

A military FPS where you shoot terrorists and ultranationalists for vague, yet exciting reasons...
