The year started well with Darksiders (one of the first releases of 2010 if I remember rightly). It was a hugely pleasant surprise with it's grown up Zelda approach

Bioshock 2 was excellent, if not as good as the first one.

Spring saw me waste a huge amount of time on Pokemon Soulsilver.

Red Dead Redemption took up most of my summer gaming.

That finished not long before Call of Duty Black ops came out.
Gran Turismo 5 I have but I have not played much, mainly because I am likely to succumb and buy a steering wheel/pedals combination, so I didn't want to play too much before I got them.

And the last game I got in 2010 was my favourite - Fallout New Vegas. The atmosphere was so much better than Fallout 3 and the plot so much better that it will surely continue to take up a lot of my early 2011.

Game of the Year - New Vegas.
