I was choosing between a 460 and a 470, and I have to say, these prices seem fairly expensive for 460s, although they are OC'd. Personally, I'm not sure the extra money is worth it since you can OC yourself if you really need to (although it would void the warranty).

That said, I saw some 470s in the $200-220 range. I ended up buying a MSI Twin Frozr 470 after reading the reviews about lower temps and noise, plus it was a really good price (<$240 including Mafia 2, which I'm going to try to sell).

If you haven't already, you should check out Roland00's post about NVIDIA's website which allows you to compare their cards in terms of fps in various games. I decided to go with 470 over 460 in the end because I felt it was better bang for the money.
