And you start to see that it's a great game. The first hour or two could easily be discouraging enough to drive people away from the game though....the difficulty is really a throwback to old games where it was actually a challenge to beat the game. Few games are really a challenge anymore, unless you play them on like...hell mode, and even then, it becomes a different kind of difficult. This is hard, but fair. Blech, you're right, most people won't have the patience to stick it out, but it's refreshing to have a game like this.
