First of all, how many lands in your deck? 26 for a 60-card deck sounds like a lot.
If you want mana acceleration, try something like Quirion Elves (they're nice and cheap too).
Counterspell is one of the best blue cards out there. Add Isochron Scepter for complete mayhem (note: your friends may never talk to you again )
Rancor is the best creature enchantment ever printed IMO. Very good for any deck with green in it, really
Boomerang or Unsummon is always fun to play for Blue control.
Depending on how much you use the "destroy land" part of Creeping Mond, Naturalize may be a better bet, as it's 2 less to cast.
Krosan Vorine can be very handy if you want board control, especially playing against decks that have small creatures.
Ice Cage is good to use to shut down opponents' creatures too.
All the aforementioned cards are common or uncommon, and so shouldn't be too hard to come by.

I know this isn't a video game question, but this seemed the best place to bring it.

We're happy to have any kind of gaming around these parts. Card, pen and paper, board, etc. Go nuts. *NM*

Sweet. I should drop by here more often, then. I like video games, Magic, and Yu-Gi-Oh.

I never did get into Magic, despite owning a couple thousand cards and repeatedly trying to.

It's a combination of never having time, people to play with, and a built deck.
