It's the delays that make Blizzard games as good as they are. Blizzard releases games when they're finished (generally speaking), and I wouldn't have them change that philosophy for the world. A game that would have been good in January will be good in August too. /shrug
As to the campaign splitting, they've said that each campaign will be released as a full length, full featured game. I would obviously take issue with a company releasing a few perks as a new game, but as long as each new game is worth whatever price they charge, who cares?
