Nope, not my brother from another mother. My brother from the same Mmmoooother.
They "fixed" it, returned it to him, and it was promptly not fixed and they played that game three more times before they finally just sent him a check for $300, let him keep his hard drive and controllers and he just went out and bought a new one (he only paid $250 for a new one that also got him a $50 giftcard to Best Buy and 3 games. He pretty much made bank off from his old one breaking down.

I got a refurbished unit in place of my original. Played better than mine.
