If you're sure about him being 101, then the division chaplain could be sent a message with name and be able to find the person to deliver a message, I do not know that he'd give you an actual address himself, but he would be able to send the name and request to the brigade and battalion chaplains, who would find him and deliver your message... keep in mind a lot of soldiers come from broken homes and do not always like, especially when deployed, to hear from some people, and the chaplain would put that consideration first, but if you're just trying to relay a 'Hey it's Johnny Smith,worried about you, please drop me a email/letter/phonecall at: blah" You'd probably have no problem.
