Jordan - Petra, take a swim/float in the Dead Sea. Amman is a rather Western city for the Middle East (which doesn't seem to be part of your World Tour).
Argentina - Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazu (although you can do that last one from the Brazil side, too)

And since you're going to Cairo, I would not miss taking the short (3-4 hr by bus) trip to Alex.

also, if you haven't been, take the trip from Madrid to Toledo. I can't say how remarkable that city is.

and if you have more time in South America:

Peru - take a trip to Machu Picchu
Chile - Easter Island
