I don't know how Internet law works in your country. I don't think it's possible to go to court unless he's physically stalking you.

At least I think that is how it is here. But maybe you could try finding out? Or if he don't know better threaten with it unless he leaves you alone?

Well, until this afternoon, there weren't any threats of violence against me, but since that's changed, you're right, i should definitely find out if there are legal measures to take if he keeps up.
