So I know how important mindset is. And not getting crazed about avoiding certain things. That said, I have the slowest metabolism on the planet, so I do have to be pretty strict. Part of my plan is always simply cutting down portions, but I also have to avoid pretty much any unnecessary sugar. It's nice that that site really breaks it down for me. I'll tire of it after a while, I'm sure, but for now it's nice to have the accountability.
